My Friend Pedro

All Aboard the Hype Train for My Friend Pedro in This Trailer

Announced last year, the off-the-walls side-scrolling shooter My Friend Pedro is quickly approaching its June 20th release date. In anticipation, publisher Devolver Digital has published a “hype train” trailer, and it’s absolutely bonkers.

In the trailer, our (anti) hero blazes through a freight train filled with enemy soldiers, riddling them with bullets in the most fantastical manner. He performs gymnastics over his foes, raining bullets in-between backflips and wall-jumps. It’s a gloriously bloody and goofy spectacle, and we can’t wait to get our hands on it.

My Friend Pedro releases for Steam and Switch on June 20th, but we wouldn’t be too surprised if Devolver Digital has more details to give at their conference this E3. Devolver is known for their wacky, irreverent humor during their E3 shows – we expect nothing less this year.

For more info on that conference and many others, be sure to check out our comprehensive E3 schedule.
