All Multiplayer Maps Included in Modern Warfare Remastered
One of the best and most popular online shooters of the 21st century, Call of Duty 4 Modern Warfare, is one of the PS Plus free games of March 2019. Here are all the multiplayer maps that are included in Modern Warfare Remastered.
When the remaster first launched as a special edition sweetener for Infinite Warfare, only ten of the original game’s map were included. Over the coming months, the rest of the maps were added, alongside the Variety Map Pack and some special themed maps that were exclusive version of existing ones.
All Maps (Returning) – Modern Warfare Remastered
The 16 original maps are now included in the game, seeing you go from the tight corners of Shipment to the sniper friendly apartment buildings of Bloc. Here are the ten maps that came first:
- Ambush
- Backlot
- Bog
- Crash
- Crossfire
- District
- Downpour
- Overgrown
- Shipment
- Vacant
These six maps came to Modern Warfare Remastered after a few months:
- Bloc
- Countdown
- Pipeline
- Showdown
- Strike
- Wet Work
Modern Warfare Remastered Themed Maps
Since the game’s release, three themed variations of existing maps have been added. They change things like the map’s decoration, time of day, and weather. Those three maps are:
- Daybreak (St. Patrick’s Day version of Downpour)
- Beach Bog (Daytime/Summer version of Bog)
- Winter Crash (Christmas themed version of Crash)
Variety Map Pack – All Maps
The Variety Map Pack can also be bought for Modern Warfare Remastered. Just as in the original game, it’s an additional DLC purchase that costs $14.99 and can be bought from your platform of choice’s store. The maps included in the Variety Map Pack are:
- Broadcast
- Chinatown
- Creek
- Killhouse
Just as in the original game, not all maps will be in circulation for every mode in the game. To see them all, you’ll have to try out all the modes.
