Today NIS America released a new trailer of Nippon Ichi Software’s upcoming puzzle-platforming game The Liar Princess and the Blind Prince.

Is super cute, and showcases the basic driving factor of the story, with the Princess actually being a monster, sadly contemplating the fact that her true form can’t actually be with the blind princess.

If you’re unfamiliar with the game, it prompts you to play a princess who is actually a monster in disguise, trying to lead the prince through the dangers lurking in the forest. In monster form, you can’t lead the prince, but you can easily take care of enemies thanks to your strength and sharp claws, but you need to resort to the more vulnerable princess form in order to prompt the prince to follow you around.

The game comes with a peculiarly cute art style with just a bit of creepy undertone which seems to have become a staple of Nippon Ichi games lately

You can check out the trailer below and see if the art style manages to charm you. If you want to see more, you can enjoy the previous traileran earlier video, and the original announcement.

The Liar Princess and the Blind Prince is coming west on March 30, 2019, for PS4 and Nintendo Switch.
