Death Stranding: Norman Reedus and New Kojima Productions Marketing Head Share Impressions

Death Stranding

Today, recently-hired Kojima Productions Head of Marketing and Communications Aki Saito shared some interesting details about Death Stranding.

First of all, he mentioned on Twitter that the game was “nothing he thought he was.” In a similar tweet in Japanese, he defined the game “Amazing.”

He then followed up with another tweet reporting Protagonist Norman Reedus’ impressions of Death Stranding, which he defined “Mind-blowing, Epic, The Future, and Incredible.”

Apparently, Reedus is currently involved in a recording session for the Death Stranding in New York, supervised by Hideo Kojima himself.

Incidentally, Aki Saito is the latest among former Konami employees to join Kojima Productions. If you followed the development of Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain, you probably saw him appear as a regular in Hideo Kijima’s videocasts from the time.

Death Stranding has been announced only for PS4. At the moment it doesn’t have a release date or even a release window.

If you want to see more about the game, you can enjoy a long gameplay video from E3 2018, a trailer from last year, and another from two years ago.

Definitely a multi-platform gamer, he still holds the old dear PC nearest to his heart, while not disregarding any console on the market. He is also one of the few surviving fans on Earth of the flight simulator genre.
