Catherine: Full Body Now Has a Japanese Release Date, but the West Gets Diddly Squat

Atlus announced that the PS3 and Xbox 360 puzzler, Catherine, would be getting a PS4 and Vita remake this past December, but now, in the latest Famitsu issue, the publisher has revealed that Catherine: Full Body will be launching on Feb 14, 2019 … in Japan.

Now, Catherine: Full Body isn’t just a straight-up port of the adventure/puzzle/platformer; Atlus is adding a third girl into the mix –as if a love triangle wasn’t enough– and her name is Rin, a pianist who is supposedly going to be a big problem for our protagonist, Vince, and his other two ladies, Catherine and Katherine. Also, Atlus will be showing off a new trailer, gameplay, and all sorts of new information on Full Body on Sep 15 via a streamed broadcast.

Catherine: Full Body launches on Valentine’s Day, Feb 14, in Japan for the PlayStation 4 and PS Vita. Atlus has not spoken about the western release date, so I guess we just have to wait and see. I just know that if I’m not playing this game on my PS4 on Valentine’s day with my loved one, then there will be a riot. Actually, who am I kidding, I don’t have a loved one, which means I definitely need this game. What better way to spend Valentine’s day than to play as a man who is struggling to choose between three different partners? Ugh, why can’t we all be lucky like our man Vincent? I want options!
