Minit, the time bending adventure title from indie developer Vlambeer, is finally set to arrive on the Nintendo Switch next month.
Revealed by publisher Devolver Digital via Twitter, it was announced that Minit will hit the Switch on Aug. 9. Boasting a Game Boy aesthetic, the game places players in the role of a character cursed to return to a place of respite after only one minute passes each day, forcing them to maximize the progress and efficiency of each movement and action they take.
The news comes after the game was initially revealed to have a port in the works back in May, though no firm release date had yet been given. It is currently priced at $9.99 on the Nintendo eShop.
The release also comes at a time when Nintendo continues to prove itself a solid home for indie titles. In addition to holding regular Nindie showcases to show the many independently created titles coming to the console, several titles have reported exceedingly good sales on the console, with titles like The Flame in the Flood reporting more sales on Switch than on every other platform combined.
Minit is currently available on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC. For more on the game, check out our review from its initial release.
