The Division 2 Gets 2 New E3 Trailers

This article is over 6 years old and may contain outdated information

The Division 2 from Ubisoft had its first showing at the 2018 Xbox Briefing just yesterday. Taking place in Washington D.C it already differentiated itself substantially from the snowy dark New York City streets of the first game. We got a pretty deep dive into gameplay during Xbox showcasing a battle taking place outside of a crashed Air Force One plane. The Division 2 showed off returning abilities like the deploy-able turret and also showed off new ones like the flying drone in this skirmish.

The infection and chaos has spread across the nation, and America is tearing itself apart. The Division 2 focuses on the rebirth of society. In this new cinematic trailer we see the destroyed city streets of Washington D.C with shattered storefronts and even a horse walking around. It showcases the brutality humanity is suffering after the collapse. A very heavy handed trailer showcases a group of Division agents and why it has never been more important for them to help the civilians of the United States.

Ubisoft has stated that your actions have never been more important for rebuilding this society. 8 player raids are also coming to The Division 2 which is double the amount of players in the first installment.

This second trailer is the official gameplay trailer for The Division 2

The Division 2 will launch on March 15 2019 for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.
