Brawlout, Switch

Brawlout Is Headed to Switch and Will Surely Scratch That Smash Bros. Itch

Hyper Light Drifter is also being added as a new fighter.

The Super Smash Bros. series is known for its easy to learn, hard to master combat that only Nintendo can muster up in a way that draws in all types of people. There have been other developers who have attempted to recreate the fun yet competitive nature of the series, PlayStation All-Stars for one example. But no other company has intellectual properties that are as popular as Mario, causing them to not be as successful.

Angry Mob Games party fighter ‘Brawlout’ is an indie party fighter that looks and plays very similar to Super Smash Bros. but tries to shake things up by adding a rage meter which lets players use special attacks and super combos. The game is able to be played with up to four players via couch and/or online play. The developers have announced that their game is indeed coming to the Switch later this year and has also announced a brand-new fighter, the Drifter himself from Hyper Light Drifter.

Brawlout is also planned to release for the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One sometime this year as well.
