Star Wars Battlefront II

Star Wars Battlefront II Will Be on EA and Origin Access a Week Before Launch

No surprises there.

As is the case with most popular EA games, Star Wars Battlefront II will be available on EA and Origin Access before its official launch date. For those might be confused with the curious naming system, EA Access is the subscription service for consoles, while Origin Access is for PC users.

Listed on the game’s pre-order website, it has been announced that the game will enter its early access period on November 9, which is eight days before its official launch on November 17. If you play the free trial and end up loving the game, you can then purchase the full title and have your game progress carried over to the final version. There are no details on what we’ll actually get to play in the trial. Given that Battlefront II will come with a single-player campaign and the usual multiplayer modes, hopefully we’ll get a taste of the campaign itself and the story that the game has to offer.

Star Wars Battlefront II is set to be released for PS4, Xbox One, and PC on November 17.
