Zero Escape: The Nonary Games Video Shows off Some Deadly New Features

Visual novel's for the win.

Aksys Games has uploaded an 8-minute video that showcases Zero Escape: The Nonary Game in all of its savage glory. The compilation lets you experience both Nine Hours, Nine Persons, Nine Doors (999) and its sequel, Virtue’s Last Reward (VLR). The gruesome, frightening, and intriguing story of 999 came out for the Nintendo DS back in 2010 and was never re-released, until now.

This video highlights the new features that have been added to the PlayStation 4 and Vita collection, like voice acting, updated visuals, and revamped gameplay. You can watch the video right down here.

The story of 999 revolves around 9 strangers who wake up in a cell and find that a bomb has been attached to their wrist. They are then forced to participate in a diabolical Nonary Game by an enigmatic mastermind called Zero. If they fail to comply with the rules of the game, death shall come to them.

Zero Escape: The Nonary Games is due out for PlayStation 4 and PS Vita on March 24 in North America, for PlayStation 4 on March 24 and PS Vita in Q4 2017 in Europe, and worldwide for PC via Steam on March 24th.
