Pokemon GO: How to Collect Your Gym Rewards

Pokemon GO’s Gyms are a pretty significant part of the game. Not only do they give you a chance to finally put your Pokemon to the test of battle, but you’ll actually get some sweet rewards for leaving your Pokemon at one. Here’s how to collect your Gym rewards.

As you may have already read in our guide about how to get Pokecoins, leaving your Pokemon at a Gym being defended by your team is the only way to earn the currency in-game. Otherwise, you’re stuck with buying it with real-life money.  In order to pick up your Gym rewards of Pokecoins and Stardust, you’ll first need to tap on the Poke Ball at the bottom of the screen.

From here, select the Shop and then in the top right-hand corner you should see a circle with a number on it. This number reflects the number of Pokemon that you have left at Gyms. For each Pokemon you have at a Gym, you’ll receive 10 Pokecoins, and about 500 Stardust. Simply tap on the circle and you’ll be able to claim your rewards from here once every 21 hours or so.

That’s all there is to claiming your sweet rewards from the Gyms. For more tips, tricks, and guides for Pokemon GO, check out our Ultimate guide here.
