Psychonauts 2 Raises Over $1M in Under 24 Hours

In less than 24 hours, the Psychonauts 2 crowdfunding campaign has raised over 1 million dollars, already reaching 30% of its overall goal. Plain as day, the gaming world is excited about the game, as people have been anticipating a sequel to the widely praised platformer Psychonauts since its release over a decade ago.

As a sequel, Psychonauts 2 intends to step things up a notch, with the Psychonauts carrying out their namesake, embarking on special missions around the globe, solving crimes through their telekinetic abilities, including the ability to dive into people’s minds and journey through the grim, the grotesque, and the hilarious aspects of their innermost thoughts.

At this rate, it’s likely Psychonauts 2 will reach its goal in no time, with Tim Schafer at the helm, alongside many developers that worked on the original game.
