Getting Your Pre-Order Bonus Personas in Persona 5

Recommended Videos

If you pre-ordered Persona 5, you’ll gain access to two pretty powerful Personas that will aid you greatly during the game’s opening levels. These are Izanagi and Izanagi Picaro, and they’re levels 20 and 23 respectively. To summon these Personas, you need to progress far enough into the story to unlock the Velvet Room functions. This will be available after you’ve recruited Ann as a party member and head into the Palace for the first time with a full party of four. Here, you’ll be invited to the Velvet Room, where Igor will teach you the basics of summoning and fusing.

After completing the tutorial, talk to Igor to check the Persona compendium to find the two pre-order Personas. You’ll be able to summon them for 0 yen the first time, but after that, you’ll need to pay the relevant cost to summon them again. Both Izanagi and Izanagi Picaro come with the same skills: Cross Slash, Zionga, and Rakukaja. They also have the same weaknesses and strengths. If you’re having trouble with the first Palace, these two will undoubtedly come in handy for the tougher fights, but we recommend refraining from using them, as it will significantly trivialize the challenge.

That’s all you need to do to get your pre-order Personas in Persona 5. Be sure to check back with Twinfinite and our ever-expanding wiki for more tips, tricks, and information on Persona 5.
