Assassin’s Creed Chronicles: India and Russia Release Dates Announced

Ubisoft have announced the release dates for Assassin’s Creed Chronicles: India and Assassin’s Creed Chronicles: Russia, the second and third instalments of the Assassin’s Creed spinoff series.

India will release on January 12th with Russia following on February 9th. A collection that will include the previously released Chronicles: China will be released digitally and at retail on the same day as the Russia instalment. The collection will also come to PlayStation Vita on April 5th. Russia and India will be available on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC. Each game will be available for $9.99 with the trilogy collection being $29.99 on all platforms.

Assassin’s Creed Chronicles: India is set in 1841, when tensions are coming to a head between the Sikh Empire and East India Company. The player will play as Arbaaz Mir who ‘must protect his friends and lover while trying to recover a mysterious Assassin item that was stolen by the Templars.’

Assassin’s Creed Chronicles: Russia will take place in early 20th century Russia and will star Nikolai Orelov who ‘is attempting to leave the Assassin Order for a quiet life with his family – but in order to do that, he has to complete one final task for the Brotherhood.’
