The Walking Dead – The Final Season’s Newest Teaser Shows Off A Determined Clementine

This article is over 6 years old and may contain outdated information

A new teaser for The Walking Dead: The Final Season has just premiered today, showcasing the older and wiser Clementine once more as she navigates the zombie-infested landscape. It’s a quick look at the solemn new adventure, which is very rapidly heading toward release next month. It’s just a taste of the game, however, since Telltale will be showing off a live gameplay demo at San Diego Comic-Con tomorrow on Thursday, July 19. You’ll be able to watch the footage via YouTube on Friday, July 20 at 11 AM ET.

The first episode of The Final Season is poised to launch on August 14, and will debut on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC globally, with a planned Switch release later this year. If you pre-order The Final Season, you’ll get access to each of the season’s four episodes as they release, as well as The Walking Dead: The Telltale Series Collection, so you can get up to speed with all 19 episodes released previously so you don’t have to be so in the dark about everything.

Right now you can get 10% off the retail price if you pre-order via Steam, GamersGate, the Humble Store, or GOG, so you may want to shamble on over ahead of August 14 if this is a game you’ve got your little zombie eye on.

If you need more Walking Dead in your life, you’ll definitely want to clear your schedule for this final season, even if only to see how Clementine’s story comes to an end. We’re all rooting for her, of course.
