Well after months of teasing KFC in partnership with Cooler Master has unveiled the KFConsole. While KFC is declaring the “console” wars over, it appears to actually be a custom PC with the added benefit of including a Chicken Chamber that will keep your food warm.
Yes, you read that correctly. The KFConsole will use the system’s natural heat to keep chicken (or whatever it is you can fit on the tray I suppose) warm, and all the while will be able to support 4K and 240 FPS gaming.
Take a look:
Here’s a few of the specs and features that Cooler Master and KFC are boasting:
- VR Ready
- Ray Tracing
- 240 FPS with 240 HZ Output
- 4K TV Gaming
- Two Seagate Barracuda 1TB SSDs
- A “first of its kind hot swappable GPU slot”
- Custom Cooler Master NC100 chassis
- Intel Nuc 9 extreme
- Built-in Chicken Chamber
It’s surprisingly aesthetically pleasing, at least for me, and it appears on paper to be a capable gaming PC with… a food tray. I guess this is a win for gamers?
There’s no word on a release date or price at this time.
