The gameplay showcased plenty of powers and weapons that can be used in the upcoming title, with a handy explanation on how they work and how they can be better used to crush your enemies.

We also get to see some gameplay featuring a flying vehicle named Icarus, and the map. One thing is for sure: the game appears to have a lot of fun “toys” to play with.

Obviously, the footage also showcases the level of colorful carnage that you can expect from Rage 2.

Interestingly, during the panel, we also learned that after the end of the game’s story, the world is still open and you can keep playing.

Another intriguing detail is that the world is also set up so that the developers can also add content post-relòease and there is “a lot of content planned” to come after launch.

If you want to see more, you can enjoy plenty more gameplay in a previous video and the latest trailer.

Rage 2 will release for PS4, Xbox One, and PC on May 14, 2019. We recently heard the confirmation that the PC version will be on Steam.
