With E3 inching closer, Nintendo has finally revealed their plans for the gaming event. Taking to Twitter, they posted a new photo revealing some interesting tidbits they have in store.
Firstly, they will be holding the opening rounds of the Splatoon 2 World Championship on June 11 for 3:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. PT. The competition will carry over to the next day, with the finals on June 12.

Meanwhile, they’ll be holding the highly-anticipated video presentation featuring a slew of new Nintendo Switch titles for 2018, particularly the Super Smash Bros. game, on June 12 at 9:00 a.m. PT. The company has been keeping a tight lip on the games they have in store, although here’s hoping we hear more information on titles like Bayonetta 3, Metroid Prime 4, or even Pokemon for Switch.
Right after the presentation, Nintendo Treehouse will then be showcasing some Switch gameplay, starting with the Smash Bros. Rounding out their E3 schedule, Nintendo will be holding the Super Smash Bros. Invitational 2018 right after the Splatoon 2 World Championship finals on June 12.
We’ll be covering everything Nintendo and E3 have to offer, so make sure to follow Twinfinite for the latest updates during the event.
