New Control Trailer Shows Off World and Gameplay With Ray Tracing Enabled

NVIDIA is in the middle of dropping tons of new footage and trailers for upcoming games at Gamescom 2019, and Control from Remedy Games and Sam Lake is one of them.

If you’ve got any of the new 20-series cards from NVIDIA in your PC build, you’ll be able to enable ray tracing as well, which helps to make the game look even better.

Ray tracing helps to define shadows in the game, accentuating objects and buildings to make them look even more lifelike and realistic, as shown off in the new Control footage.

Control itself already features an interesting world and premise, where players take control of Jesse Faden, who explores the mysterious Bureau in search for answers about her past.

Control is set to be released for PS4, Xbox One, and PC on Aug. 27, and we’ll have our review up for the game fairly soon.
