A new trailer for Kingdom Come: Deliverance, the upcoming Medieval RPG, perfectly sets the stage for a story of redemption. The trailer titled “Born From Ashes” shows the humble beginning of the main character Henry, living his life carefree in a small village.
Everything changes, however, with the death of his family and burning of his village. From there Henry seeks to enter the service of Sir Radzig, in order to train in the ways of war, redeem himself, and possibly seek revenge on those that killed his family. Of course, Kingdom Come will be a choice-driven game, so things may play out differently depending on what you do. The trailer shows even more that Kingdom Come is really dedicated to its setting, 1403 Czech Republic, otherwise known as the Kingdom of Bohemia at the time. Take a look at the full trailer down below.
Kingdom Come: Deliverance is set to release on Feb. 13, 2018 for PS4, Xbox One, and PC. A few months ago during E3 we got a look at the game and some of the ways it’s going all-in on its historical setting.
