Here Are Your Free PS Plus Games for the Month of October

This article is over 6 years old and may contain outdated information

Oh, it’s that wonderful time of the month again when we get to hear what free games will be available for those that subscribe to PS Plus. This time around, Sony is getting a little bit into the Halloween spirit by offering up the asymmetrical survival horror game, Friday the 13th, free of charge, and the not-so-scary multiplayer-focused retro sports title, Laser League, which comes from the developers behind OlliOlii and Not a Hero. You can check out the trailer for the lineup right here:

Alongside these two games, PlayStation is offering four other free games that include:

  • Master Reboot (PS3)
  • The Bridge (PS3/Cross Buy with PS4 and PS Vita)
  • Rocketbirds 2: Evolution (PS Vita/Cross Buy with PS4)
  • 2064 Read Only Memories (PS Vita/Cross Buy with PS4)

Remember, for those that own a PS VR headset, you can still download the first-person horror game, Here They Lie, until Oct 2. The PlayLink game, Knowledge is Power, allows you and your friends to outsmart each other in a competition of wit and trivia questions using your smartphones and a companion app; Knowledge is Power will be available for a free download until Nov 6.
