Fallout Shelter’s Survival mode will allow players to pit their defenses and Vault dwellers against dangers from the post-apocalyptic wasteland, such as raiders and even death claws. While these enemies could mean the death of your vault dwellers, killing them will net players more caps. Players will also be able to earn more caps by finding the Mysterious Stranger, who was also added in this update.

The Fallout Shelter Update 1.2 also adds cloud support, a new statistics page in the Vault Dweller’s Survival Guide, and an all-new legendary character that’s exclusive to the app store version. This new legendary character is Piper from the upcoming Fallout 4, who will be level 30 and comes with five free lunchboxes.

Since its release, Fallout Shelter has been a big success for Bethesda as it managed to become one of the most downloaded titles for the iOS app store in only five days.

The Fallout Shelter Update 1.2 is now available for download on the Android and iOS version.
