Ciconia When They Cry gets First Trailer Showing Characters Aplenty

Today Mangagamer released the first trailer of the new game of the When they Cry series by 07th Expansion, Ciconia When They Cry.

The game was announced at Sakuracon last weekend, and it’s coming soon on both MangaGamer’s own distribution platform and on Steam.

To be more precise, Ciconia When They Cry is planned for a simultaneous release in English and Japanese “at the end of the next edition of Summer Comiket,” which likely means that the release date is on August 12.

We take the first look at the story and the main character Mitake Miyao, a second Lieutenant of the 0017th Aerial Augmented Infantry Squad “Warcat.”

That’s more like “Warkitten” if you ask me…

Character design and scenario will be by Ryukishi07, Nakao Boushi is directing the game, while coloring and finishing is by Remotaro.

We also get to see the 100th Aerial Augmented Infantry Experimental Squad Grave Mole, the Imperial Guard Aerial Augmented Infantry Squad BaiBao, the 301st Aerial Augmented Infantry Squad Suparna, the Holy 0901st Aerial Augmented Infantry Squad Thalaatha Saif, the 012th Holy Agent Corps Shavit Yalda, the ACR Royal Aerial Knight Corps Squad 601, and the 1st Aerial Knight Corps Cairo Memorial Squad.
