Burnout Paradise Remastered Speeds to the Top of the UK Game Charts

Burnout Paradise Remastered has topped the UK Game Charts for the week ending March 17, beating out fellow newcomer Kirby Star Allies for the top spot.

The top 40 charts come via GfK Chart-Track, revealing EA’s remaster of the popular 2008 open-world racer still has some serious pulling power with fans (in the UK, at least). Both Burnout Paradise Remastered and Kirby Star Allies managed to place above last week’s #1 title, Grand Theft Auto V. You can check out the full top 20 below.

The big movers in the top 20 come in the form of both Sonic Forces and Prey, who moved up from 25 and 26 respectively from the week before. EA Sports UFC 3 also climbed six places from last week to claim the number eight spot.

Whether or not Burnout Paradise Remastered will be able to stick it out a second week with the likes of Ni No Kuni II: Revenant Kingdom, Sea of Thieves, and A Way Out releasing this week remains to be seen.
