Black Ops Cold War Season Two Intro Cinematic Teases New Operator & Weapons

We’re just a week out from the start of season two in Black Ops Cold War and Warzone and Activision has released the intro cinematic that’ll play when you load the game up for the new season for the first time.

Set in Laos, the trailer is somewhat light on teases for Warzone, focusing on the story progression for Black Ops Cold War and giving first looks at content that’ll be included in Season Two’s battle pass.

The main reveal to note is the introduction of a new Operator. You can see an image of them down below and, as a playing card in the cinematic reveals, they’re called Naga.

Elsewhere in the video, we get our first look at what seems like a new SMG (as noted by Charlie Intel) and confirmation that the crossbow and mini-gun will be returning to the series and making their debuts in Black Ops Cold War. We’ll be sure to update you once we know how they’re released and what the new weapons are.

Treyarch has also released a quick teaser gif with the quote “Breach scale: large.” The portal suggests in might be something to do with Zombies updates in Cold War Season Two, but we’ll have to wait until next week to see.

Finally, as we said, the cinematic is light on Warzone information. While rumors of a new map have been flying around, nothing has been confirmed yet. However, any of the Operators and items that have been teased in the trailer will also come to Warzone as part of the battle pass.

Keep your eyes on Twinfinite over the next week for all the information you need on the new Warzone and Black Ops Cold War season.
