This article is over 6 years old and may contain outdated information

Fallout 76 is plagued with a lot of bugs and other issues, so much that even Bethesda has already discounted the game on their official website. In our review (which you can read right here) we spoke on how the game doesn’t really know what it wants to be, having mixed feelings on the single-player as well as the multiplayer functionality that the game features.

Well, Bethesda is well aware of the frustrating issues that players have been running into while attempting to rebuild Appalachia. Today, the publisher went to their blog to announce that patches and fixes will be coming very shortly in order to help Fallout 76 become as fun and enjoyable as it can be:

“As we continue to read your feedback and watch your streams, we understand there are also a number of frustrating issues. We want you to know that we’re committed to rolling out fixes and features on a regular basis and implementing changes based on your feedback.

We also continue to work on an incredible list of updates for the game, including new quests and events, new Vaults opening, a faction-based PvP system, and much more. We’re confident, with your support, we can make Fallout 76 an incredible experience for years to come.”

The timing for these patches may shift depending on server stability and other things, but the company is planning on rolling out two separate updates. One is planned to release on Dec 4 and the other on Dec 11. The first one “will bring an increase to the Stash limit, as well as a variety of performance and stability improvements, balance changes, and multiple bug fixes to the game.”

While the second will focus on several new fixes that will add quality of life changes to the game such as your C.A.M.P. no longer being automatically blueprinted and stored if someone is occupying your location when you log into a server.

You can read more about all of the updates, fixes, and patches right here on the official Bethesda website.

Fallout 76 is now available for PS4, Xbox One, and PC.
