Final Fantasy XV has a set party of four members, with Noctis and his three friends travelling across the continent. While Noct, Gladio, Ignis, and Prompto are the only main party members, there are a couple characters that will join you momentarily throughout the game. We already knew that Cor Leonis, a military man and friend of King Regis, would be joining you. The newest issue of Weekly Jump reveals yet another guest party member however, and it’s Iris Amicitia the sister of Gladio. You can see a scan of the page below, with the guest party members down on the very bottom.
Cor is known as the “Immortal General,” and he fights with a long katana. Iris on the other hand uses her bare fists to fight, as well as a stuffed Moogle doll. There’s no telling at the moment how often or for how long the guest members will be joining your party.
Guest party members are nothing new for the Final Fantasy series as numerous entries including Final Fantasy IV, IX, and XII have included them.
Final Fantasy XV launches on Nov. 29 for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. Earlier today in a new Active Time Report we found out that Final Fantasy XV is getting a brand new playable demo in Japan.
