Here’s what you need to know about how to change difficulty level in Travis Strikes Again: No More Heroes.
At the start of the game, you’ll be given the chance to choose between three difficulty levels. The three settings are Sweet, Mild, and Bitter, which are basically Easy, Normal, and Hard respectively.
