All Splatoon 2 Amiibo Unlockable Gear and Items

Amiibo just keep going strong with Nintendo using them to provide neat little bonuses for games that hit their various platforms. With the release of Splatoon 2, there was no doubt that a new wave of amiibo would feature some fun add-ons, as well as some extras from the original wave of figures that released alongside the first game. Below you’ll find what each figure gives you.

Do note that they all allow you to take selfies with your scanned in pals, so we’ll just be focusing on the gear you get from each amiibo.

Splatoon 2 Inkling Boy amiibo – Squinja Mask, Squinja Suit, Squinja Shoes.

Splatoon 2 Inkling Girl –  Squid Clip-Ons, School Cardigan, Fringed Loafers.

Splatoon 2 Inkling Squid – Power Mask Mk 1, Power Armor Mk 1, Power Boots Mk 1.

Splatoon Marie amiibo (must beat campaign first) – Armor Helmet Replica, Armor Jacket Replica, Armor Boot Replica.

Splatoon Callie (must beat campaign first) – Hero Headset Replica, Hero Jacket Replica, Hero Runner Replica.

Splatoon Inkling Boy – Samurai Helmet, Samurai Jacket, Samurai Shoes.

Splatoon Inkling Girl – School Hairclip, School Uniform, School Shoes.

Splatoon Inkling Squid – Power Mask, Power Armor, Power Boots.

To get the rewards, simply head to the amiibo case that is directly behind you when you spawn into the Square, and interact with it. With the exception of Marie and Callie, all of the figures can be scanned as soon as you boot up the game in order to gain the bonus gear that you can then equip right away. It’s a neat way to show off your love for Splatoon 2 and its predecessor while also getting some useful perks out of it too.
