Fireglow is a crafting material required in Spiritfarer to make things like the Mist Clearer 1000, and the Rock Breaker for your ship. It can also be used to upgrade some of the different buildings on your ship, like the Guest House as an example. If you’re struggling to actually get some of the stuff though, you’re in the right place. Here’s what you need to know about getting Fireglow in Spiritfarer.
How to Get Fireglow
Fireglow can be obtained from Fireglow Seeds, which can be planted in the Garden on your ship. Each seed will provide two Fireglow once harvested.
Fireglow Seeds are obtained by completing the Firefly event that Gustav will introduce to you as part of his questline. If you’ve yet to get Gustav, or just want to farm more Fireglow, you can find Firefly’s at the following coordinates in the Hummingberg Region:
- -98, 98
- 113, -46
The Firefly event itself plays out in almost the exact same manner as the Jellyfish event that allows you to get Bright Jelly. Simply wait for the red Fireflies to appear on-screen and then jump into them to collect them. You’ll also earn some Glims in the process, so it’s not all bad.
Once you’ve got the Fireglow Seeds from the event, simply go to your garden, select an empty patch and choose to plant a Fireglow Seed. Water it, and then press and hold Y on Xbox One or Triangle on PS4 to get your guitar out.
You can then use your guitar to speed up the growing process if you’re in a rush to get Fireglow in Spiritfarer.
And there you have it. You should now never be left wanting Fireglow in Spiritfarer again. For more tips, tricks, and guides on the game, search for Twinfinite or check out more of our coverage below.
