Accessing the Looking Glass Console in Prey

Recommended Videos

When you finally gain access to Dr. Calvino’s workshop in Prey, you’ll have to get the computers back online so that you can reconnect to the Looking Glass server. First off, head to the power generator in the corner of the room. Activate it, and you’ll be able to use the console in the middle of the room.

At the console, you’ll find that you’re unable to play any videos. Go to the second option that says Diagnose Network Servers, and click on each of the server options to restore the connections. After restoring all of the server connections, January will inform you that you can now watch the full video back in your office. Head back to the office, but be careful of the new enemies that have spawned in your absence. You’ll run into a couple of Greater Mimics, and a new type of Phantom that’s even more dangerous than the ones you’ve faced so far. We recommend equipping a firearm (or at least the GLOO Cannon to slow them down) as the Wrench won’t do you much good here.

That’s all you need to do to get the Looking Glass console all fixed in Dr. Calvino’s workshop. Be sure to check back with Twinfinite and our ever-expanding wiki for more tips, tricks, and information on Prey.
