How to Get Dented Metal Bat in Nier Replicant

Dented Metal Bat is a rare resource drop that you’ll able to get from the tiny, monkey-like enemies you encounter in the northern plains.

However, the easiest place to farm them is actually in the Underground Laboratory section of Emil’s Mansion in the southern plains. Specifically, the second area of level 2B where around five waves of small Shades will attack you. Each wave has about 10 Shades, and they typically drop lots of Metal Bat.

As always, be sure to equip the Mah line of Words to increase the chances of the item dropping.

Weapon upgrades that required Dented Metal Bat include the Nameless Blade, Iron Pipe, and Iron Will. Each upgrade requires between 1-10 Metal Bat, so make sure you always pick them up and keep them handy.
