Where to Get Pots of Four-Leafed Soreaway in Ni No Kuni 2

Recommended Videos

Ni No Kuni 2 is an adorable game, and many of the items and equipment have suitably cutesy names. The recovery items are no exception. Instead of potions or bandages, they’re called Soreaways! These items are actually plants, and they come in different sizes. The standard Soreaway is the most plentiful recovery item and the one you’ll be using the most frequently. There’s also a three-leafed variant, as well as a super rare four-leafed Soreaway. The four-leafed variant recovers a huge amount of health to whoever it applied to, so you’ll want to reserve using it for emergency situations.

Beyond just using the four-leafed Soreaway for recovery purposes, it’s also a key item for a certain side-quest called ‘Tiller, Long Distance Rower’. Poor Tiller needs one to help heal him of his wounds and return with Evan back to safety.

There’s only one location we’ve found this super rare recovery item on the world map-proper, and that’s in the Factory area in Broadleaf. You need to search the bottom floor of the very final factory room before you get to the Testing Room, which contains a number of high-level droids. Here, there is a chest that contains a pot of Four-Leafed Soreaway. You’ll go past this area as part of the main story-arc in Chapter 6, but it is easy to miss.

However, you will also be able to obtain this item occasionally during Dreamer’s Maze quests. The four-leafed soreaway is sometimes a reward for unlocking sealed chests. Typically, they require a large offering of purple orbs (that you’ll have collected along the way). We found one in the Tidewash Cave Dreamer’s Maze on one of the final levels. The number of orbs required was 25.

If we find any other locations that you can find this item, we’ll be sure to update this guide. Until then, feel free to check out our wiki page for more useful guides for Ni No Kuni 2.
