Making money is pretty much the real reason why you’re working in the game. The more cash you have, the more materials, upgrades, and items you can buy. If you’re low on funds, here’s how to get Gol fast and easy in My Time at Portia.

There are tons of ways to earn cash in My Time at Portia, and you aren’t restricted to one simple method. Since the game lets you mine, fish, harvest crops, and build materials, you can turn to all these activities to make a living.

Taking Commissions

One of the easiest ways to make some fast Gol is by taking commissions. These are paid labor jobs that are posted in the Commerce Guild at the center of town. Inside, you’ll find a board to the left that contains postings of all sorts of commissions.

Most of them usually revolve around crafting certain items in My Time at Portia. You’ll have a few days to finish each job depending on what the person is asking for. Taking commissions in My Time at Portia is also a great way to raise your workshop’s reputation and earn some relationship points apart from some easy money.

Just make sure to at least have one commission under your belt, no matter how many tasks you’re doing. Similarly, you can also approach townspeople with a blue marking over their head for personal commissions apart from the postings at the Commerce Guild. They’ll pay you some Gol so long as you get their request in.

Sell Crafted Items

One mistake you might make when trying to make money is selling raw resources, such as wood or stones. Instead, you should be taking these materials back to your workshop and craft items to sell instead.

Selling crafted items in bulk is another easy way to earn Gol in My Time at Portia. The Stone Stools sell much more than stones, which you can easily mine at ruins. Similarly, you can also set up a dedicated furnace that smelts bars you only sell.

That’s pretty much everything you need to know about how to make money fast and easy in My Time at Portia. For more tips and tricks on the game, be sure to search for Twinfinite.
