You can access your ballplayer either in the main menu on the top left corner of the screen or, while in RTTS, in the locker room by selecting My Player.

After that, you should see your player and a few different options. Go to Loadout and then, in that menu, you can select different parts of your body, such as Chest Protector, and see all of your options that you have to equip.

When you first start out, there’s a good chance that you don’t have any. You can use Stubs to buy more from people in the Diamond Dynasty Marketboard that are offering extras or equipment they don’t need for sale. Also, equipment can be gained in daily log in rewards, XP & program rewards, and from packs as well.

You don’t need equipment, but it does offer up some significant stat boosts to give you an edge while grinding out your Ballplayer’s stats, especially in RTTS.
