If you’ve made it this far into the trilogy, you should know that Mass Effect games contain long lists of missions, both optional and mandatory. Though, you probably just want to know which ones really need to be completed to get to the end of the game. That’s what we’re here for. Here’s a list of all main missions in Mass Effect 3.

All Main Missions in Mass Effect 3

Mass Effect 3 is split into three acts, just like Mass Effect 2. And in true Mass Effect fashion, many of the missions in each act can be completed in whichever order that players see fit. However, this list is a bit more straightforward than the ones for the previous games.

There’s a sense of urgency in the plot this time around, with players attempting to assemble an army of different races. Almost every main mission will be labeled with “Priority” followed by the location that the mission takes place in.
