How to Redeem Treasures of the Past DLC In Kingdom Come Deliverance

Recommended Videos

Despite its scale and ambition, Kingdom Come Deliverance is developer Warhorse Studios’ first game, and it’s been a largely crowdfunded project. As a gesture of goodwill for early backers and anyone that pre-ordered the game, there’s a special bonus DLC to redeem in-game. Called Treasures of the Past, the pack spawns a map in-game that leads Henry to a special treasure. Here’s the description of the item:

Treasure maps of the lords banished by King Sigismund of Hungary, leading to the hidden treasures of those patriots, bandits and schemers.
The mythical armor of the Warhorse tribe. Shrouded in mystery – it is said that the original wearer purged all the dragons from the Kingdom of Bohemia.

The DLC does not need to be redeemed manually. Instead, after fighting Runt (and losing), a long cutscene will follow and Henry will then awake just north of a town called Rattay at Miller Peshek’s house. As soon as you wake, check the storage box beside the bed and you should find five ancient maps — these are the DLC maps, and their hidden treasure is located nearby. They’re well worth finding as the total value of items is around 25,000 Groschen.

For PS4 players, Treasures of the Past also unlocks a special dynamic theme. From what we can see, the DLC still appears to be available to purchase from the PlayStation Store, as well as other vendors for different platforms.

That’s all the information we have on the pre-order bonus DLC for Kingdom Come Deliverance. For more guides and tips, be sure to search for Twinfinite.
