Redeeming Preorder DLC in Jedi Fallen Order

First, it’s worth noting that if you picked up a physical copy of the game, you’ll have to redeem your preorder DLC code on your platform’s digital store.

To do this on PS4, head to the PlayStation Store and use the ‘Redeem Code’ option. On Xbox One, you’ll need to head to the ‘Store’ tab from your dashboard and then select the ‘Use a Code’ option. Enter the code as displayed and your preorder DLC will be downloaded and ready to be found in-game.

If you’re playing on PC via Origin or downloaded the game digitally on PS4 or Xbox One, you won’t have to redeem any code. Your preorder DLC items will be downloaded automatically alongside the game.

Where to Find Preorder Items?

Now all you need to do is load up Jedi Fallen Order and get through the opening tutorial mission. Once you’ve escaped Second Sister and find yourself on Bogano, you’ll then be able to access your DLC.

Press the Options button on PS4 or Menu button on Xbox One to open the menus, then use R1/ RB to tab over to ‘Customization.’ You’ll now find your BD-1 preorder skin available here under the droid’s own section.

As for the lightsaber color and hilts, you’ll need to find a workbench to customize it and change the parts. There’s one right at the back of the Mantis (your ship), and others can be randomly found on each of the planets.

Once you interact with the workbench, you’ll find all of your preorder DLC content waiting for you in the ‘Color’ and ‘Hilts’ sections, as expected.
