How to Get Diamond Mother Boxes in Injustice 2

Recommended Videos

Diamond Mother Boxes are the mother of all loot crates in Injustice 2. Containing up to six rewards, you’re guaranteed to get a few Epic pieces in here for any of the game’s 29 current characters. However, these valuable boxes are very, very rare. You’ll get one for completing the story, but after that, you’re going to have to put in a lot of work to get some more.

One guaranteed way is to take part in the Endless Battles in the Battle Simulator (located in the lower right-hand corner of the Multiverse screen). You’ll have to complete 100 fights which is much easier said than done, so it shouldn’t be taken lightly at all. Another opportunity is to come across one as a bonus reward for any of the Multiverse challenges. These rotate, but those with really high difficulties will sometimes offer up Diamond Mother Boxes as rewards. You’ll need to complete the optional objectives, though, which often require using specific characters or reaching set point goals.

We recommend leveling up a few fighters that you’re really good with in order to equip them with great gear. This way you’ll be able to deal with the tougher fights that Injustice 2 has in store for you. Not all challenges will be doable, especially if you ignore certain heroes, but keep an eye out for the ones you can do.

That’s all you need to know to get Diamond Mother Boxes in Injustice 2. For more on the game, be sure to check out our ever-expanding wiki guide.
