Unlocking the Brainwashing Ritual

To unlock the Brainwashing Ritual in Cult of the Lamb, there are certain steps to complete first. Following several runs, you will likely have run into Sozo, a mushroom man who will tell you to meet them at the now unlocked Spore Grotto. A new task of collecting mushrooms will appear, and you will need to complete it for the next step.

Mushrooms can be gathered on crusades, or by planting seeds in the garden. With enough mushrooms to fulfil his needs, complete the task and head to the Spore Grotto to talk to Sozo at the back. This will see the Brainwashing Ritual be gifted to you.

Brainwashing Followers in Cult of the Lamb

Utilizing the Brainwashing Ritual will lock faith for two days, with the reward of +100 faith awaiting when the ritual is completed. Like any other ritual, there is a cooldown after use, and you will require 25 mushrooms in order to start it.
