While this villainous group has been controlling things from within the shadows, the time to come into the light is now, and you will be responsible for bringing them down. During your attempts to identify potential members of the Court of Owls in Gotham Knights, you will follow The Voice only to see him disappear into a secret elevator into parts unknown. Thankfully, Alfred is there with the assist by sharing that blueprints indicate a secret 13th floor.
Upon arrival, however, you will find that you won’t be able to proceed until you solve a floor plate puzzle that is accompanied by models of some of the more well-known landmarks in Gotham City.
The key to solving the puzzle is to look at the dates that are under each of the picture frames around the room, as shown below:
Thus, the right order in which you should step on the pressure plates are the buildings built in 1836, 1841, 1842, and 1877. Just match the silhouette of the models to those you see in the pictures, and proceed with stepping. Once that is done, the secret door will open up for you to proceed in pursuit of The Voice.
