First thing you’re going to want to do is get a staff disguise to get into the back area of the Sceptre tower. The easiest way to do this is to head to the bar area and lure an attendant into the toilet by overflowing a sink. You can them take them out quietly and take their clothes, which will allow you to head into the staff and maintenance area without any suspicion.

Next, head up to Level 2 and take out a security guard of some kind and enter the Security Room while wearing their clothes.

On the left side of the main door, there’s a guard at their desk. Go behind them and grab the security key next to them. This will let you unlock the door at the other end of the room, where the security camera system is kept.

Head to it and go inside. You can disable the security cameras and wipe the system while you’re there, but you’re looking for the Penthouse Security Keycard on the desk in the room.

Grab it and head back out of the Security Room. Just a few yards down the corridor you’ll find a locked door that leads to the Penthouse area where the explosive golf ball is in Hitman 3, so unlock that with the keycard you just grabbed and head up the stairs.

You might need to take out a guard or maintenance staff member up here, so do so.

Then, head to the server room and head through the smaller door that leads to the walkway overlooking the main atrium of the Dubai map. Take out the NPC closest to the server room and grab the key that they drop.

Then, head down the walkway and open the door at the end. Inside you’ll find a red toolbox and the explosive golf ball will be next to it. Grab it and you can start the process of killing Carl Ingram with it.

Angry Birdy Challenge & Killing Ingram

To actually take your target out with the explosive golf ball, you’ll first need the disguise of a Penthouse security guard, which looks like the one in the next screenshot below. Take one of them out somewhere (there’s one asleep in a chair in a security room who’s good to get) and head upstairs.

Then, head out to the balcony at the far end of the open area and put the explosive golf ball in the bucket of balls.

Now, you need to head to Ingram’s office and wait for him to turn up. When he sits at his desk, keep turning the radio on and hiding until he turns it off.

Do this until he gets annoyed and he’ll say that he wants to play golf to blow off some steam. Follow him there and take the detonator for the golf ball out and press RT/R2 to set it off and kill Ingram. Now it’s time to run away and either kill the other target of the Dubai mission or escape completely.
