Greedfall: How to Craft

In Greedfall, crafting will net you a boatload of helpful items to help you survive the chaotic world of nobles, pirates, and monsters that make up the game. Before you can make anything, though, you’ll need to meet a few requirements. Here is everything you need to know about how to craft in Greedfall. 

While there are plenty of vendors in the game that allow you to purchase consumables you’ll need to help you on your journey, it’s a lot easier to just craft the items you end up needing. In order to do this, you need to have the right ability. 

Science Talent

Crafting items, ammo, and potions in Greedfall requires your character to have at least the base level Science Talent. You’ll be able to purchase this using skill points you unlock while progressing through the game. 

For every point that you invest into the Science Talent, you’ll be able to get your hands on new tiers of potions. Furthering this level also allows you to create ammo and other useful items.

Once you have acquired at least the base level ability, it is time to start crafting. 

How to Craft in Greedfall

Once you have the ability to craft, all you need to do is find a Workbench scattered about one of the many towns in the game. Keep in mind your camp and residences also have these benches. 

Interact with a workbench and navigate to the consumables tab. Once here, simply scroll over the item you want to craft and make it. 

Keep in mind, you must have both the required science level and ingredients to be able to successfully craft an item. You can see both of these dictated next to the item in the menu.
