This specific type of wood can only be found in Inazuma. More specifically, it can be collected from the trees in and around Inazuma City on the very first island that you visit when you reach the region.

To obtain the wood from the trees, simply walk up to the base and start hitting it like this is Minecraft. Small items will drop from the tree, so walk over them to pick them up automatically.
