How to Apply Squad Fitness Cards in FIFA 18 Ultimate Team

Stamina is one of the most vital player stats in FIFA 18 and, in Ultimate Team, fitness cards can ensure that players don’t run out of energy too quickly in matches. Players begin with 99 fitness and that number reduces as they play more matches. Thankfully, you can refresh players and get their fitness back to the maximum. Individual cards increase a player’s fitness by 60, 40, or 20 depending on the type of card. However, you can also restore the fitness of a whole squad by applying a Squad Fitness Card.

To apply a Squad Fitness Card, head to the ‘squad’ section of the Ultimate Team menu and select your active squad. Then, press Y/ Triangle, which will bring up the ‘Squad Actions’ menu. Scroll down to ‘Apply Squad Training Item’ and press Select (X/ A), which will allow you to select a Squad Fitness card. Doing so will increase the fitness of every player in your squad, including those on your bench and reserves. Gold Squad Fitness cards are worth 30 fitness, silver 20, and bronze 10. Your team will now be fresh for their next match in FIFA 18’s Ultimate Team.
