How to Get More Dwellers Fast in Fallout Shelter
Fallout Shelter is a cute little spinoff of the apocalyptic role-playing game in which players can manage their own Vault as the Overseer. As such, it’s up to you to keep everyone happy while maintaining a functional and suitable home for your local residents. To keep your facilities running, you’ll need to get more people to join your vault so they can work, which leads to the question of how to get more dwellers fast.
The fastest and easiest way to do get more dwellers in Fallout Shelter is through the natural method – conception. Female dwellers can get pregnant if you pair them up with a male dweller in the living quarters. The higher their charisma, the faster it’ll take them to get straight to the action and get pregnant. Once a person is pregnant, they’ll give birth to their child a few hours later. The child won’t do anything and will just explore the Vault, but they’ll grow into an adult a few hours later.
Another way to get more residents in Fallout Shelter is through the Radio Tower. You’ll need 20 dwellers to unlock it and someone with high Charisma to operate the facility. Do take note, however, that recruiting people through the Radio Tower is a much slower process than just giving birth to more dwellers in Fallout Shelter.
Finally, you can also find new tenants when you send people into the wasteland. Occasionally, they’ll stumble across refugees in a Red Rocket Truckstop or Super Duper Market who’ll want to join your Vault.
That’s basically the gist of how you can attract new dwellers in Fallout Shelter. For more tips and tricks on the game, be sure to search for Twinfinite!
