The short answer is no, players cannot replay missions in Gotham Knights. Once you’re done with a mission, that’s it.

Obviously players have the option of starting a new game, turning off autosave, or restarting missions if they so choose. If you wish to stick with a mission for a while, then by all means take all the time you feel like.

Oh, and if you don’t want to rush through the missions, then don’t! There are plenty of opportunities for in-game training or other challenges that will take players out of the main storyline for a spell.
