Gearbox is back at it again with another entry in the loot shooter series, Borderlands 3. With more guns, more mayhem, and more toilet humor, there’s a lot of things to do and see in the open world shooter, but if you’re wondering how to melee in Borderlands 3, here’s what you need to know.

How to Melee in Borderlands 3

Of course, using those ever-dangerous and always-cool-looking guns in Borderlands 3 will be your first method when it comes to killing the bad guys and taking their loot.

But if you’re ever in a pinch or to close to someone or if you just don’t want to waste your ammo, performing a melee attack will prove to be effective, especially if you can sneak up behind someone and sucker punch them before they even realize what’s happening.

To melee attack in Borderlands 3, all you have to do is press down on the right stick. And for PC players, you just have to press V. Here’s a chart to help you out:

PS4R3 (push in on right stick)
Xbox OneRS (push in on right stick)
PCV Key

And that’s it! That’s all you need to know about how to melee in Borderlands 3.
