Assassin’s Creed Origins Hidden Ones: What the Recommended Level Is

The Hidden Ones has finally arrived, adding in a new area for Bayek to explore in Assassin’s Creed Origins. While Bayek trying to defuse a situation between a rebel group and a bunch of occupying Romans in this new area sounds like a whole lot of fun, it isn’t for the faint-hearted. There’s a minimum recommended level you’ll ideally want to be before heading into Assassin’s Creed Origins’ The Hidden Ones DLC, otherwise you could be in for a pretty rough ride.

The recommended level for The Hidden Ones is level 38. Once you’ve loaded up your save file for Assassin’s Creed Origins and have the DLC installed, you should be given a new quest which sends you off to Memphis to hop aboard a ferry. Before jumping on the ferry, the game will take a moment to warn you that the DLC takes place four years after the events of the main game, and that players should be of a certain level. You can actually check this recommended level by opening up your quest log and checking the number next to the quest name. Or you can save yourself some time and trust us. It really is level 38.

The Hidden Ones DLC will also raise the max level cap in the game up to level 45, meaning there’s plenty more grinding to be done if you had maxed out Bayek in your playthrough of the main game.

And there you have the recommended level for the Hidden Ones DLC. For more on Assassin’s Creed Origins, be sure to check out our ever-expanding wiki.
