The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild Has a Sequel in the Works

The Legend of Zelda Breath of the Wild Sequel, Nintendo Switch

Nintendo gave us a first look at the newly announced sequel to The Legend of Zelda Breath of the Wild at the end of their E3 Direct.

A cutscene set after the events of Breath of the Wild shows Link and Zelda traveling through what is presumed to be a dark basin under Hyrule castle, discovering a decayed corpse – possibly of someone significant.

This daunting setup for the sequel to Breath of the Wild has us excited, especially with the first game’s status as one of the best open world games of all time.
